I Love You Because

My wife loves playing this “game” with me. Other favorites include “Would you love me if…” and “Take out the garbage.” Anywho, it’s all in good fun, I’m not really a curmudgeon…honest.

What are some of your favorite games you an your significant other play?

I always get a little annoyed with this game. One day I’m going to make my wife a detailed outline of why I love her to stop all this nonesense. Outline point number one: “Because I just do, okay?”

“Are you sure you got me?” My fiance is a scrawny guy and I’m a…. solid girl. So he’ll try to pin me on the bed and I ask if he’s sure he’s got me immobilized. Then I proceed to throw him off me and pin him down, all in one move. Got to show him who’s boss. :)

“Scale of 1 -10 how attractive do you think is?”

I can never win at that game!

Your new site is awesome, congrats,

Only two things, the new comment box is very small and the things that are in the “sidebar thingy” (facebook thing and adds) are at the bottom instead of at the side… at least on my laptop screen.

I love your wife’s ridiculous smile in the first panel :)

Beside thumb war and who can open up the door first, my boyfriend and I would always try and say trigger words when on the phone with each other, in case the government really WAS surveilling us. I don’t really know if that counts as a game, but it was fun!

I always play the “Would you still love me if…” game. :) It’s my favorite. I’ll run up to my boyfriend and make a horrible face and say “WOULD YOU STILL LOVE ME IF MY FACE WAS STUCK LIKE THIS FOREVER?!”

My boyfriend loves mmorpg’s. So, he is constantly asking me to make a character with him whenever a new one comes out, lol.

My husband and I also play the “would you still love me if..” game. It gets really ridiculous. Somehow one time it ended up with asking if he would still love me if my lower jaw fell off and my tongue just hung out of my mouth all the time, and I wouldn’t be able to kiss him properly, and he’d probably have to chew my food for me. He said he still would, so I decided to keep him.

I’m not even gonna share the WYSLMI (pronounced Why-Slimy?) scenario that I dreamed up for my hubby. He said he would. but I don’t really think so.
