Pirate and Princess Comission

Hooray commissioned art! While I work out the rest of the story (procrastinate) I didn’t want to leave you guys with no update this week. I figured I’d show you this neat commission I did for a buddy of mine, he’s getting married soon (congrats) and this is half of a 2 part piece they’re using for wedding favors :)

Yay! That’s me! I’m the pirate! Guys, Evan did a great job, and if you need some commission art done for say…the album covers of your “His and Her” mix cd wedding favors, he is definately your guy.

After seeing this, I immediately thought of the song, “I Am a Pirate, You Are a Princess” by Playradioplay! Not sure if there is any connection there, but it’s a great song nonetheless.

  Yup! That’s one of the songs on the cds we are giving out and I picked it for the theme of the album art.

This absolutely adorable!!! I’d been away from internets for awhile and it’s nice to catch up on the comic…though sad to see it’s only once a week now…:( but still amazing artwork!
